Today you can turn on the T.V. and have 400 plus channels to choose from! At one point in time the only channels available were ABC, NBC, and CBS…to top it off they were FREE. How does one channel stand out?
Think about ESPN for a min. They specialize in a specific audience and a specific type of thing…SPORTS! They cover it all golf, football, baseball, nascar, you name it they cover it. Not only do they cover it, but they give resources online to help you find out stats, trades, news, etc. Also a restaurant called ESPN zone to provide you with the experience of sports. I love this. They know what channel they are and go deep into serving the audience that wants it.
So the question I ask you is this.
1) WHATS YOUR CHANNEL?
2) HOW ARE YOU GETTING PEOPLE TO STAY THERE NOW THAT THEY HAVE A CHOICE?
